9:00am – 10:00am: “Yoga for Runners” with James Kiernan (@jameskiernanyoga) from Breathe Together Yoga (@BreatheTogetherYoga) in Los Gatos. Yoga for Runners will be moving through a hybrid of yoga postures and joint articulation movements. The latter is designed to increase range of motion and have you’re joints working at peak levels.
10:00am: Packet Pick-Up Opens
10:00am – 11:00am: Orange Theory Fitness Intro with OTF Head Coach Meghan Smith (@marathonmeghan)
11:00am – 12:00pm: Zumba for All with Alex Amor (@amor.dance.fitness)
11:30am – 1:30pm: Meb Keflezighi (@runmeb), Olympic silver medalist, New York and Boston Champion meet up and book signing of his latest publication, 26 Marathons.
DJ Courtney will also be spinning under the shining sun all morning long.
